  • There are many different styles of therapy often with a similar goal: feeling better, improving the quality of your life and relationships, and having more peace, fulfillment, relief, joy and meaning.

    And guess what? You get to name what your goals are and what you want out of the process. Sometimes it is a space to learn to make space for yourself.

    I specialize in psychodynamic therapy which means I will ask you about your past as I believe our pasts inform how we make decisions and choose people as adults.

  • Currently I only offer virtual sessions. I am based in Brooklyn, NY.

  • I recommend meeting once per week for 50-minute sessions. I am trained to provide long-term therapy to create space for trust, exploration, and trauma care as needed.

  • Yes, you do not need to be in crisis to pursue therapy. In fact, it can be a great time to start therapy when things are going mostly okay, and you are curious to understand yourself more. I provide supportive therapy and therapy aimed to help transform/create change in our patterns.

  • I participate with out-of-network plans and will provide you as needed with a monthly superbill you can directly provide to your insurance company. They will reimburse you directly. It is a good idea to call your insurance company to confirm what they require for out of network coverage.

  • $175 per session. I recommend meeting weekly for 50 minute sessions.

  • My practice maintains a cancellation policy of 2 business days or 48 business hours prior to your appointment time. There is a missed session fee applied to all cancellations under 48 hours.
